A very beautiful Georgian cup and saucer made by New Hall circa 1790 in fabulous condition.
Made from New Hall's hard paste with a characteristically cool grey-ish hue which is balanced and complimented beautifully with buttery gold gilding.
Both cup and saucer have 16 vertical facets, decorated with a simple gilt border and delicate gilded pattern and a plain loop handle.
