Here we have a stand for a tureen in an absolutely wonderful imari pattern produced by Coalport in the first quarter of the 19th century.
This is an uncommon pattern and certainly one which any collector would be pleased to have within their collection.
Heavily gilded, this service would have reflected the candlelight of a Georgian dining room magnificently.
