Dumler and Breiden Blue and White Jug

An unusual and striking earthenware jug in a matt blue glaze with turned decoration and a hand formed white handle. Probably of German manufacture.
The only company who seems to have experimented with this sort of decoration is Dumler and Breiden.
Dumler & Breiden was founded in 1883 by Peter Dümler and Albert Breiden. It was located in Hohr Grenzhausen.
This jug is unmarked but i would think its an early piece possibly early 20th century. Its a really lovely thing, and most unusual.
A nice size and has a real presence.
